The study aims to analyze the returns of the banking sector, the services sector, and the Iraqi insurance sector through the Implementation of the Fama-French model to the required return calculate obtained by these companies registered in the Iraqi stock market and compare them in terms of achieving the best possible return, which is represented by 8 banks, 8 services companies and 8 insurance companies According to what is available from the data in the Iraqi stock market, and for the time period 2009 to 2017, The study concluded that the economic, political and social variables have a direct impact on the rate of return required for the company, as well as affect the market value.
