Abstract EN

This study aimed at examining of impact of characteristics of smart organization on Job performance "An applied study on employees at Mutah University".

To achieve the objective of this study self-administrated questionnaire was used to collect the data.

It was developed and distributed to the society of the study which is composed of (186) respondents.

The retrieved questionnaires that valid for analyses were (127) ones.

The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the data, and the most important findings were as follows: The perceptions of employees toward smart organization Characteristics Were at high level, and their perceptions toward the Job performance were also high.

There is an impact of characteristics of smart organization on Job performance The study recommends the need to Maximizing Benefit characteristics of smart organization on Job performance Because of a strong correlation between them.
