The study aims to study the effect of The managerial Transparency on electronic management in the Social Security Fund in Benghazi To achieve the objectives of the study, the research followed the descriptive and analytical method, and used the questionnaire form as the main tool in data collection.

The study population consisted of all 110 senior, middle and executive directors.

Through their full study, the researchers used a comprehensive inventory method, and the statistical packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) in the data analysis process.

The study reached many results, the most important of which are: The level of The managerial Transparency has been medium, and the degree of electronic management has been high.

As well as the presence of a statistically significant impact of the managerial Transparency with its combined dimensions on the electronic management.

In addition, there is a statistically significant impact of each dimension of The managerial Transparency (Transparency of information, transparency of administrative procedure ) on electronic management .

and The study presented a set of recommendations that contribute to enhancing the role of The managerial Transparency in improving the electronic management of the Social Security Fund in Benghazi.
