Abstract EN

The purpose of this research is to determine the extent to which graduates benefited from the training programs offered by the Deanship of Librarianship Affairs, and to identify the main obstacles that limit the benefit of female graduates from the training programs.

The research uses descriptive analytical methods.

The sample of this research consists of 53 students of Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University, Faculty of Arts, Libraries and Information Department.

Designed a questionnaire divided into four interlocutors: The results of the research: Twitter topped the list with 94.3%.The training programs on the search engine (Summon), and databases in the digital library of Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University ranked first by (100%).Students receive a certificate in the presence of training programs (100%), where they benefit when they graduate and apply for a job.

Based on the above results, the researcher recommends: Accreditation of workshops, discussions and problem solving.

Conducting several studies that deal with the training programs for female graduates of the educational departments, especially the Library and Information Department which deals with the beneficiaries with special needs (intellectual, cultural and research).
