Academic freedom is the most important pillar of education democracy, and which are supposed to be harness for human service, first and foremost.

First this academic freedom requires effective protection from the impact of the forces that threaten the objective search ; Secondly requiring the provision of means to access to the tools ;sources and methods of knowledge, And use them .Thus just turn the academic process into a tangible reality, and not stripping, Out of respect for human conscience and scientific and respect for human rights and knowledge , through this paper we try to identify the obstacles to the exercise of academic freedom in the Human and Social Sciences and the future of the Social Research.
