Abstract EN

The study aims at identifying the administrative creativity, its obstacles, and ways its development in Palestinian universities from the Academicians point of view.

It also aims to find out any statistically significant differences between the average of Academicians, sample estimates regarding the availability of administrative creativity in the Palestinian universities that are attributed to the variables of the study (university, gender, academic qualification, and years of experience).

The study population included all traditional Palestinian universities (6).

The sample of the study consisted of (270) academicians.

The study adopted the descriptive analytical methodology, and a questionnaire was designed as a tool for study using random sample (72%).

The study showed no statistically significant differences in the existence of administrative creativity in the Palestinian universities, and that centralization, moderation, and cronyism are among the most important obstacles that face administrative creativity, and developing the spirit of participation in decision-making.

Incentives and promotions are the most important ways to develop the administrative creativity in the Palestinian universities from the point of view of the Academicians.
