Mental health is relative, it consists of a feeling of adaptation and happiness in the individual with oneself and with others, it consists in having the capacity for self-realization and to exploit and develop personal potential as much as possible, in order to be able to meet the demands of daily life, and ultimately to have a healthy personality and integrity.

The WHO in 1948 defined mental health as being a feeling of complementarity between the somatic, the psychic and the social, and not just the absence of disease and handicap, Hurrelmann in 1995 explains that it is a subjective and objective feeling.

at the same time in a person, as for the somatic psychic and social evolution is to adjust to its capacities and to the objectives which it fixed, as well as to the circumstances of the life.
