This research aims mainly to identify Islamic financial policy that is within the power of the government, the legal controls and its role in reducing poverty, solving economic financial problems, and clarifying the other side in terms of expenses and incomes, passing through financial incomes that are from the government’s share and the financial expenditures that the government is committed to and spending through these financial incomes, in addition clarifying features of This Islamic financial system and how it is the perfect solution to economic financial problems.
