This research aims to identify the extent to which the administrative leadership and employees understand the concept and importance of developing the performance of workers in non-profit organizations (charitable organizations in Qassim), and to know how the administrative leadership deals with workers in order to develop their performance, as well as the research aims to identify the methods used by the administrative leadership to develop the performance of workers in these organizations.

The researcher used the descriptive analytical research methodology to study the nonprofit organizations represented in charitable organizations in the Qassim region.

The researcher reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the leader who focuses on developing staff performance strengthens the position of the organization and increases the chances of success, It is also the results of the research that the methods of performance development of qualification, delegation and appreciation of the great role in motivating and developing workers and develop their abilities, The researcher recommended that the administrative leadership in non-profit organizations (charitable organizations in Qassim region) should be directed towards investing in human capital, which is to develop the performance of workers through the development of programs to develop the performance of workers, which is one of the assets of these organizations
