It is an emanation from within a nation that believes in it as inspired by the true origins of its values and good morals.

It is not a strange entity to the body of the nation.

Underdevelopment is not only economic, but also cultural, social, and educational.

Development targets all citizens and all levels of society, intellectually, spiritually, physically and environmentally.

In its broad sense, development is beyond economic growth.

It is about the well-being of society at large.

Most of the third world countries before the 1970s achieved some of the goals of economic growth, but the vast majority of their societies remained in poverty, hunger, and disease due to a narrow understanding of the term development.

The concept of economic development has therefore been redefined to mean reducing poverty, inequality and unemployment under the banner of redistribution of growth.
