This research is an attempt to identify the reality of international terrorism that has plagued all human societies and to illustrate how it affects all forms of development.

Throughout this study we review the stages of this phenomenon, analyze its factors, and understand the theoretical frameworks that aim to explain it, and understand it historical development.

After that, we present certain proposals to that have the potential to help confront this form of terrorism.
