The process of dividing the state into electoral districts is of great importance to the electoral process, whether the elections are held under the system of individual elections or the election on the list.

It is clear that it must be resolved before the elections.

The electoral constituency is no more than a stand-alone electoral unit.

The electoral register, the election of one or more representatives in the House of Representatives who defend their interests and represent their vision of the political system.

In all cases, when the state is divided into electoral districts, the number of inhabitants in each electoral district must be taken into account, so that there is a proportion between the number of seats and the number of inhabitants in each electoral district, so that the constituency is not small, Or need, which is reflected negatively on parliamentary work and may disrupt the practice of democracy, and on the contrary can not be very large circles, which reduces representation in parliament and the marginalization of some voters.

This division does not mean that each constituency is an independent or separate part of the state.

It is a division of administrative reference law and the principles of the Constitution.
