Abstract EN

the article deals with police and Security laws -social and econmic public law laws - that are applicable to legal ties that fall within the scope of their application in disputes of private international law, whatever their national or international nature, and it aims to achieve the necessary preotection for tehe legalf system of the judge commnity, whereas, ,these considerations require the application of these rules direcly without preceded by any research on the nature of the matter or dispute ,contrary to what is used in the implementation of the baze of attribution method.
