The recent study aims at answering questions: 1-To what standard (level) of the principals primary school in performing their roles in improving the performances of their beginning teachers, in the primary schools outside the central province of Ninavah in the view point of those beginning teachers? 2-To what standard (Level) of the principals primary schoools in performing their in improving the performances,of their beginning teachers in the primary schools according to the variations of the service in their a dministration? .

..3-Are there any differences the.

statistical values in the view point of those beginning teachers., concerning the roles of principals in improving their own performances according to some variation of the education services to their principals of education?To achieve the two aims of this research, the researcher prepared the.research items which consist of (26) items.The sample which contain (168) teachers male and female was subjected to investigation (application), whose principals have services in the administrative work including (51) whose principals have (5-12) years in the administration work-in services, (72) whose principals have more,than (12-20) years service and (45) whose principals have more than (20-28) years in the administration work in services,The mean, weighted mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and one way ANOVA were used in analysing the result of the study.The main result reached by the two researcher are: 1-The standard (leve) of the principals in improving the performance of thebeginning teachers, general it was above the center (mid point).

2-There are no differences statistical in the view point of those beginning teachers, concerning the roles of the principals in their job in improvingthe performance of those beginning teachers according to the services of those school's principals.
