Abstract EN

Selling and purchase is a Jurisprudence dealing recognized by Islam according lo Jurisprudence terms staled by the scholars dealing with this field under the classification of dealings.

The most important of* these terms is that the item or commodity consider in purchase must be clearly defined.

However, it is observed nowadays a method of selling by installment payments and that an amount of profit is added by increments according to the delay time of payment.

This method of selling has a number of faces.

Some of these faces is rejected and considered wrong because of ignorance of the item considered.

There are other faces w'hich are accepted.

The study deals with the accepted and rejected faces of these dealings supported by and example for each.
