Abstract EN

The present work aims at investigating the development happening within the commercial ties between Turkey and Israel, This is not just-a mere incident or representation of the bilateral relations , but it is a process of establishing a new regional system whose axis are Israel and Turkey ; This system is a part of the dominating world - wide community of the political and economical forces.

This research covers three parts.1- The regional and international commercial relations.*- The development of the commercial relations between Turkey andIsrael.

V- The expected effects on Arab - homeland .In addition this research contains a statistical survey of the development of the commercial exchange between the two countries which had been developing since the beginning of the nineties arriving atmore than i iv million dollars in U'H .Throughout the comparison between Israeli export merchandise frame work and the Turkey import merchandise frame work it has been noticed that there is some sort of equivalence integration between the two countries .

Hence , there will be negative consequences on the commercial relations of Arab - homeland affecting the process of industrial development and the political negotiation related to the settlement between Arab and Israel represents by its strict point points in this respect.
