The examination of Ahmed Bin al Haddad al Bajli's book (Manhaj Al Qasaad) proved the status of this scholar in literature and linguistics, and after reviewing it We, as researchers could trace back the opinions in (Ibn Hisham's Hashiya ala Sharh Baanat Sua'd) of Abdul Qaadir al Baghdadi (1093 A.

J) to their own writer.

It became clear for us that al Baghdadi has reported many quotations from al Bajli without referencing to him.

This act definitely marks a deficiency in Al Baghdadi's unscientific reliability.

It is apparent therefore that Al Baghdadi's cited from (Manhaj al Qasaad) without relating the opinions he quoted to their true owner in the sense that he either copied one whole long paragraph with no reference to al Bajli, or, he copied a paragraph with little adaptation, or he would cite what he copied with some verse Al Bajli had mentioned.

Or he might copy by citing the lexical material without referencing to the writer.

Sometimes, he would even limit his citation to Al bajli's opinion, or speaking of Ka'b Bin Zuhair's biography closing it up with events which are only connected to Al Bajli's life.

Or, he would explain Bin Husham's statements by Al Bajli's, and so on.

However, the present paper does not intend to belittle the scientific value of al Baghdadi's books, but it proves Al Bajli's knowledge and the reliability of his linguistic material, the diversity of positions in this book invited me to review his position on al Bajli in his other writings, the reslt was similar to what we have reached there.
