Transport is one of the factors that lead to increased association and interaction between places, as any city depends on the affairs of its population living on the transportation systems located in it, whenever these systems are highly efficient and streamlined, based on adequate areas of land allocated for transport and distributed efficiently, the better the economic, population and environmental returns at the city level on the one hand and the population level on the other.

The network of streets and accompanying services in the city of Hila has decreased in the last stages due to the significant urban growth that the city witnessed and the increase in the numbers of residents and vehicles, Which led to major changes and expansion in functional uses and their distribution over the city area, and what follows is the emergence of a number of problems such as the difficulty of accessing different events and the long journey time due to the crowds and the great variation in the distribution of vehicles on the city streets, as well as the great pressure the city suffers on the land uses for transportation, which negatively affects its efficiency.
