Abstract EN

This paper drives at designing a questionnaire for evaluating the performance of students who practise experimental teaching as an in-time requirement to get their diploma.

The questionnaire includes the most important forms of teaching behaviors supposed to be practiced by institute’s students (both males and females) applying in classroom teaching at primary schools.

These observed during the period of experimental teaching by the lecturer supervising the process.

Relevant background data for the questionnaire have been collected through a comprehensive survey of the previous literature and studies on the topic.

Moreover, opinion poll of thirty specialists in the field of educational and psychological sciences, as well as specialists in teaching methods and experienced individuals in teaching, has come out with a 25-item questionnaire response to which follows a 4-option scale.

The questionnaire consistency is confirmed by statistically calculating the rates of face value validity and concurrent validity besides test-retest reliability and identification reliability.

This has been made after carrying out some field-work observations on samples of students practicing experimentally teaching in primary schools.

The research has come out with a number of recommendations and suggestions.
