Abstract EN

The recent study aims at answering two questions;-1-To what standard (Level) is the participation of the teaching staff of teacher'straining institutes (male/female) in the Process of decision making as it isseen by the staff (themselves)? 2-Are there any differences of statistical value concerning the process ofdecision making as it was seen by the staff of the three institutes (Mosul andNenevah for female and Nenevah for male).To achieve the two aims of the study, the researcher divided the study into (41) items.

Sample of (105) teachers was subjected to investigation (application).Pearson's correlation coefficient, the mean, standard Deviation, weighted mean scheffce test and one way ANOVA were used in analysing the results of the study.The mean results of the study are:-1-The Level of the participation in the process of decision making was generallyabove the center (mid point),2-In general, there were no differences of statistical value in the level of participation the decision making in the three institutes.
