Abstract EN

The recent study aims at answering two questions; 1-To what standard (level) is the health care of the primary schools'principals, from the point of view of the teaching staff? 2-Are there any differences the statistical value concerning the health care of the primary schools principals as it has been by the teaching staff? To achieve the two aims of the study, the two researchers prepared the research items which are (42) items.

The sample of (150) teachers was subject to investigation (application), (80) of them were at boys' schools, and (70) of them were at girls schools,Pearson's correlation coefficient; the mean, standard deviation, weighted mean>T.test were used in analysing the results of the study.

The main result reached by the two researchers are: I-The level of the health care was generally above average, 2-There are difference of statistical value in the level of health care in the .
