These changes have important issues in which affected by the global economy and oil-producing countries.

The study endeavors to interesting in the causes of crisis in the oil market through looking at the changes of economic theory and factors of supply and demand in the oil market.

It considers the pivotal point of the paper as building of business processes which may expect future changes in oil prices.

The crisis affects have to discover in oil-producing countries.

The research has to come and associate with the oil demand that more influence than factors concerning about supply of oil so this has been associated with a series of economic and political changes.

These facts will affect the economies of oil-producing countries including Iraq that would need to adopt an economic policy rest on alternatives and reduce dependence on oil in state budget revenues.
