The research deals with two problems: The first: Are Sharia provisions related to appropriate causes? Which means that the origin of the rulings is justified in diverse with some exceptions.

The second: the problem of eliciting an unspecified cause for the purpose of linking new issues with which it is combined with the reason in the ruling; Any infringement of the origin to the branch or fundamentalist analogy.

Which necessitated the research to include two topics: The first topic: Sharia provisions between worship and causes.

The second topic: Ijtihad in eliciting the cause.

Conclusion: it has results; The most important of them are: Provisions that have a reasonable meaning are justified, just as Allah did not create creation in vain.

Likewise, his rulings were not vainly.

The explanation of the rulings opens to the people of ijtihad the way to attaching many new facts to the provisions stipulated.
