Diligence is considered to be one of the most important qualities of Islamic law which acquired it the ability to find answers for the modern doctrine issues that the nation encountered after the discontinuity of revelation by the transition of the prophet (peace be upon him) to the high companion, this research presents a special type of Diligence which is Collective Diligence, it is based on a meeting of scientists from different religions and worldly specializations to investigate between each other and find solutions for the modern doctrine issues and the important matters that need to work the mind in an disciplined frame based on the Quran and Sunnah's regulations, with highlighting the role of the Jurisprudence council in originating the work with collective diligence, and shedding the light on the qualities of the diligence issued from these councils.
