Researchers in past talked thouroughly about the different forms of the same linguistic, stem ( derivation) along with talking about the semantic implication of Names of Allah .

the first was Ibn Kutaiba in his book preface: (The Interpretation of some ambiguous utterances in the Glorious Qur'an) .

he used " interpretation" and derivation in talking about Names of Allah and this cannot be achieved unless within the linguistic regulation.

The course of study maker clear the beautiful linguistic structure based on the lexical item and terminological development.

It shows the excellent vast menial level in building words and the wide culture linguistic transmission along with showing the interpretation and the preciseness in choosing the term .

it also shows the sound effect in enriching the meaning which is notably observed in his writing.

When examining that preface, we find that all of there features and represented by Ibn Kutaiba who was the target of study and analysis.
