In light of the development that the world is witnessing in the field of information technology, communications and the trend towards globalization, and the resulting developments, the competition is doubled and took a variety of forms, the economic institutions in general, and service companies in particular are racing to gain advantages available, and possible in order to preserve their position and support of its position and competitiveness; because technological innovation is one of the most important sources and requirements to obtain a competitive advantage, it reflects the progress of research and development, and keep pace with modern technologies and techniques to cope with changes.

This study forms a future vision concerning the possible application of the technological innovation for the preparation and development of the competitiveness of services to help raise the level of institutional and competitive performance, and to achieve this purpose a survey was prepared and appropriate statistical methods were used in examining the telecommunications sector in Algeria, the results showed that there is a positive role between technological innovation and the competitiveness of service companies.
