The nature of football game, combined with offensive and defensive duties, is mixed with different intensity.

This is due to the changed conditions as well as to the inconstant playing rhythms throughout the match.

In this regard, player should act in speed with different intensity according to the conditions of the match playing, on the basis of this severity, the need for aerobic energy diversifies.

The study aims to identify the effectiveness of aerobic exercises changes on some chemo-biological variables (Cholesterol concentration – Triglycerides – Lipid - glucose concentration) of young football players under 19 years old.

The most relevant results in our sample, the study confirms that aerobic exercise has a statically significant impact on all chemo-biological variables (concentration of cholesterol – Triglycerides – Lipid - glucose concentration).
