Abstract EN

The following survey studies the financial policy in Algeria and examine two aspects ,the first one is about the Theoretical aspect of the financial policy which we displayed its definition, its importance , its tools and its relation with the big economical aggregates and the way it works .Concerning the other aspect ,the practical one ,we found that it has a weak impact because of the Impossibility of applying all the tools of the financial policy in Algeria .Moreover ,the absence of the accurate monetary and financial climate and a developed financial market to applicate the planning of the Algerian monetary authorities .
