Abstract EN

This study aims to study the policy of well- all- over (T.Q.M) in business organizations.

So as to apply this culture we should precede it by an evaluation to spot out the differences between this policy and the organizations elements: This study is very important because: 1.

It joins the applying of this policy and its employment in serving customers.

2.

We should apply this policy because of the in and out the counry competition.

3.

The study has taken two ways of study: theory and field study.

The theory is based on the administration of well - all - over administration, its elements and method.

The field study takes the visit to three factories .Cabow factory, yoghurt.

Sigaflour, and Nile power.

Those factories have been awarded the ISO.

The study consists of 50 items and based on a survey into two levels: the department leaders and the medium administration.

The tool of study is questionnaires.

When we evaluate the study we come to these points: 1.

There are 70% which see that this policy is an administration job and the employment of this among the administrations is very essential.

2.

There are 68% which understand the bases of this policy shows the problem in the difference in the levels of understanding and the shortage of the application.

3.

The study finds out that there is a misunderstanding in the well - all - over policy and the ISO .62%.

Claim that this policy means the award of ISO.

Our recommendations are: 1.

It’s important to train leaders.

2.

To encourage this policy.

3.

To train workers.

4.

To praise them.

5.

To create a qualified system of communication in the firm and discover the customers’ views.
