Abstract EN

The research discusses the articles, of the International Justice Court and the conditions in which it was not concrned .in the light of and because of the decision number 1593 issued by the Security Council on 13.3.2005 concerning the situation in Darfor through the covenant of the U.N.O.

And the aims of the Security Council and the different basic laws in the criminal law which is internationally confessed with ,seen in the base of regionality of criminal law and the base of the objective criminal law and the right of each country in issuing the criminal laws and their application on its region to acquire national sovereign and the complete independence of the sovereign and the complete independence of the dominance of the international government which was represented by the countires of aggression to acquire their own colonial interests in the weakened conutries.
