Abstract EN

The present research aims at identifying self-management among kindergarten teachers according to the variable of years of service.

The research sample consisted of (200) kindergarten teachers from (Basrah, Thi-Qar and Missan) in the academic year 2018-2019, all were chosen randomly.

To measure the objective of the research, the researcher constructed the self-management scale according to Coleman's theory.

A jury of experts was consulted to verify the validity of the scale which they approved.

The final version of the scale consisted of 28 items.

The psychometric features of the scale (reliability and validity) were calculated statistically.

The results show that : 1.kindergarten teachers have self-management.

2.The difference in the years of service impacted self-management.

Teachers with five years and above years of service have higher level of self-management than those teachers with less than five years of service.
