The aim of the research is to reach the best model for building the work teams by expanding the cooperation between working individuals with different competencies in contributing to the decision-making within the organization or organization to reach the required level of productivity and achieve the highest quality in work and productivity.

The importance of this research comes from the importance of the human element itself if it is considered the most important element at all in the organizations and the efficiency of the rest of the human resources depends.

To verify the research hypothesis, the researchers prepared standards and standards and used a questionnaire that was applied to 62 people and included 17 paragraphs.

The team used the questionnaire to solve the problem with clarity and ease of understanding.

It also ensured cooperation between the team members.

This questionnaire was applied to most sections of the presidency of the University of Basrah.

In light of the results, the researchers concluded the effectiveness of the team to improve the work of the organizations or organizations to reach productivity and quality.
