Abstract EN

This study is aiming at illustrating the effect of the financial decision interaction on the value of the company under financial constraints.

The study is based on a theoretical and empirical dilemma of the ongoing intellectual and experimental debate on the interaction in these decisions, a practical problem of management's (managers) lack of interest in the impact of the interaction of financial decisions when adopting those decisions, the role of the financial constraints, and the nature of the direction of the financial system.

The study highlights the most important evidence, for or against, of this interaction by putting forward the ideas and foundations it based on.

The study has used the empirical analysis targeting a sample of companies Kuwait stock market of 16 companies with 144 observations, for the period (2008-2016).

The study adopts a simultaneous equations system and the technique of 3SLS as well as multi regression and OLS technique.

The study has used a set of financial and statistical analyses and testes using EXCEL, SPSS, STATA SE V.11.2 and EVIEWS V.9.

The study has drawn a set of conclusions: there is an impact of the financial decisions on the company's value, and the power of the interaction depends on the severity of financial constructions faced by companies and the nature of the direction of the financial system.

The study concludes a set of recommendations that managers can use to enhance the value of the company.
