Sectarianism in Iraq is one of the main obstacles that stand in the way of social homogeneity and national consensus.

The recent crisis after the US invasion caused many repercussions not only on the political, strategic, security and economic levels but also on the intellectual and analytical levels.

But these studies have remained rare in the religious, sectarian and sectarian dimensions and the role played by this dimension in the disintegration of Iraqi society.

The study assumes that there is a relationship between sectarian affiliations and sectarian tendencies and the politicization of these affiliations and tendencies by political parties and parties and the political stability of Iraq and the repercussions of those processes on the social reality and the social fabric.
