Rapid transitions in technology and scientific and technical development have led to the emergence of new patterns of learning and education that seek to meet the challenges of the times and achieve quality in education.

These patterns depend on computers, media and networks, which is known as e-learning, which is one of the most important elements of e-courses.

This paper seeks to identify the concept of electronic courses and their characteristics and skills to build, and its role in the development of teaching Arabic language electronically.
