It is not easy to talk about the rapid scientific and technical society, wich deals with a new scientific culture, specially when we link it with our society and language.

This requires a comprehensive critical review of our views on the Arabic language, and moving forward in the way of modernizing society towards a good continuation.

And to achieve the challenges facing the Arab researcher in all academic directions, hence, the attempt to revive the Arabic language and programmed again to accommodate the challenges of globalization and to keep pace with digital language of scientific and technological development.
