Abstract EN

The research paper is an exploratory study, in which we tried to understand the cost-effec-tiveness of the outputs of the Algerian University in the heart of the economic firm.

This is in line with the theory of Barro 1992, which states that the basis of economic development and growth is through scientific research and higher education(R&D).

Higher education is more efficient than a simple factor in terms of productivity.

It has important roles in economic life.

The tool is a questionnaire directed in kind by the economic firm active in the state of Tlemcen, whose analysis shows that the role of the university outputs is insufficient to achieve the desired development
