This research deals with the art of interpretation, which is the jurisprudential interpretation, at first I clarified the concept of jurisprudential interpretation by dismantling the descriptive compound (interpretation, jurisprudence) and then touched upon the emergence of the interpretation of the jurisprudence of the Quran, recalling the stages of the development of authorship, narrating the most important works.
