There is no doubt that overall development is a function of educational development.

Education takes on many tasks, especially the social dimension with a positive dimension, which gives development a cultural impetus and gives it the ability to continue and develop, as well as its contribution to lightening the mentality of individuals, This is why there is a call for this research to determine the person's position in this environment and its role in it, but it is an invitation to consult the environmental consciousness and emphasize the need to reformulate it, The idea of a new ecological thinking that changes man for the environment, and should not be limited to events of change only, includes a new environmental values that are based on constructive coexistence in order to ensure the transparency of the relationship between man and his environment in perception and perception.

Present for the future.

Hence, there is an invitation and necessity for environmental education to contribute to the crystallization of the environmental awareness of the individual (citizen) and its development, making it more transparent towards its environment.

It is also possible to recognize the obvious lack of educational curricula and cultural channels that make it incapable of forming The environmental awareness and development of the individual depends largely on what he learns from these institutions through their curricula and decisions, and what other cultural channels acquire from the appropriate expertise and skills that allow him to identify his environment and To benefit from them in various fields and to try to formulate solutions to their problems and apply the learning experiences and skills in the environment around environmental problems, and emphasis on environmental education is not a subject to add to the existing subjects, but integrated and included in all subjects.

The aim of this research is to high the concept of environmental education and to identify the desired objectives of environmental education and therefore the role that should be played in raising the environmental awareness of the citizen and developing it to achieve the harmonious relationship between man and his environment.
