The Public sphere according to the Habermasian meaningful is the basis of the deliberative democracy, which takes its legitimacy from political participation in the electoral process, but what happens in the totalitarian games makes the elections complex in the ircircumstances, which leads the young people which become a major actor to rely on the social media as alternative virtual public sphere.

In which he display his ideas and opinions concerning the local elections in the Algerian society highlight the role of the virtual public sphere in shaping political participation by discussing the issues of elections, voting, and integration in political party.
