The curriculum reflects the type of educational system that society aspires to and is an important tool for guiding educational action based on various perspectives: cognitive, pedagogical and sociological that have contributed to the development of the sociology of modern education.
The content of educational programs is linked to the sociology of the curriculum by socio-educational concepts such as: selection, knowledge, power, social structure, skills.
