From here comes the importance of research because the health aspect is one of the important pillars of the social conditions of any country and Iraq witnessed during the period referred to beginning Ruling came after a series of military coups to take the lead, the research section is divided into five sections: 1.

Laws and regulations of the Ministry of Health, began with a brief reading of the development of the Ministry of Health, its regulations and laws, and a discussion of the amendments that occurred within the study period.2.
