Arabic Abstract

استهدف البحث التعرف على دراسة علاقة الاتصال بين العاملين بالإرشاد الزراعي في مديرية زراعة محافظة صلاح الدين و المؤسسات الخدمية الزراعية، من جهة نظر العاملين فيها، المتمثلة ب(قسم الارشاد الزراعي و المختصين بالإرشاد الزراعي في مقر المديرية و الشعب الزراعية و دوائر البيطرة و المصارف الزراعية و مركز الارشاد و التدريب الزراعي) وذلك من خلال صيغ الاتصال، عدد مرات الاتصال، الموضوعات التي يتم مناقشتها، نتائج الاتصال، معوقات الاتصال، التعرف على الفرق بين المبحوثين وفقا لمجالات الاتصال في الدراسة و المتمثلة ب (مجال صيغ الاتصال، عدد مرات الاتصال، الموضوعات التي يتم مناقشتها، نتائج الاتصال)، تم اختيار محافظة صلاح الدين كمنطقة للبحث الحالي و المؤسسات الخدمية الزراعية في محافظة صلاح الدين، شمل مجتمع البحث جميع الموظفين العاملين في المؤسسات الخدمية الزراعية في محافظة صلاح، و الذين يقدمون خدمات ارشادية و بيطرية و مصرفية او أي خدمة تنموية للزراع و الذين بلغ مجموعهم (502) موظفا، تم انتخاب عينة عشوائية تناسبية منهم بنسبة 20% ليصبح عدد المبحوثين الذين شملوا بالإجراءات البحثية (100) موظفا، تم اعداد استمارة استبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات و بعد التأكد من الصدق الظاهري و صدق المحتوى لاستمارة الاستبيان تم ايجاد معامل الثبات باستعمال طريقة الفا كرونباخ لحساب الثبات الذي بلغت قيمته (92، 0)، حصلت نتائج البحث ان المستوى العام لعلاقة الاتصال عالي يميل الى المتوسط بين المبحوثين والموظفين الزراعيين في مديرية زراعة محافظة صلاح الدين، لذا اوصى الباحث بأهمية تحسين مستوى الاتصال بين المبحوثين في بعض المؤسسات الخدمية و العاملين في مديرية الزراعة من اجل انجاز المهام المتعلقة بهم التي تتطلب اتصال بين المؤسسات الخدمية و مديرية زراعة صلاح الدين.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the study of the relationship between the agricultural extension workers in the Directorate of Agriculture of Saladin Governorate and the agricultural service institutions, from the point of view of the workers, namely (Agricultural extension department and specialists in agricultural extension at the headquarters of the Directorate and the agricultural divisions, veterinary departments, agricultural banks, Through communication formats, number of contact times, topics discussed, communication results, communication impediments, identification of the difference between the respondents according to the fields of communication in the study, namely (field of communication formats, number of contact times, topics Which was discussed, the results of the communication), Salah Din Governorate was selected as the current research area and agricultural service institutions in Salah al-Din Governorate.

The research community included all employees working in the agricultural service establishments in Salah governorate, who provide extension, veterinary and banking services or any development service for farmers.

A total of 502 employees were selected.

A random sample of 20% was selected.

The number of respondents included 100 researchers.

The survey questionnaire was prepared as a data collection tool.

After verifying the validity of the questionnaire, Stability Using the Alpha Kronbach method to calculate the stability of (92.0), the results of the research found that the general level of the communication relationship is high to average among the respondents and agricultural employees in the Directorate of Agriculture Salah Din province, so the researcher recommended the importance of improving the level of communication among respondents in some Service organizations and workers in the Directorate of Agriculture in order to accomplish the tasks related to them that require communication between the service institutions and the Directorate of Agriculture Salah Din.
