Abstract EN

As the international community has issued strict documents for human rights in general and minorities rights in particular, but reinforcing those rights still lacks practical application.

Minorities regardless their names, particularly the Islamic minority wherever they are, are exposed to various types of suppression.

This paper tries to shed light on the most important international principles which represent the international law that guarantees the minorities rights.

It briefly states the Islamic minority of Ar-Rawhija in Myanmar and how they got the strongest kind of suppression and brutality to the extent that the United nations regard it as the most suppressive minority all over the world because of the planned punishment and killing as well as forcing them to leave their country unwillingly.
