Security is considered an abstract general term used in many human studies at all levels, from individual security to international or global security.

It is one of the major demands of all societies to achieve sustainable human development.

The environment of the post-cold war world and the events of September 11, 2001 brought with it great changes that affected the depth of the global system and brought about major changes that altered the scales, changed the face of history, and reversed the course of humanity.

The strategic changes that swept the world made the economic, social, cultural, technological, and security forces bigger and more important than the military power with all its elements.

It turned the world into a small cosmic village with its scientific and technological revolution that included all aspects of life and had a great positive and negative impact on all contexts, especially countries and their stature.

After the gap and conflict between the North and the South increased, and it provided an appropriate opportunity for transnational organized crime to exploit this to extend its illegal activities and activities at the regional and global levels, to embody those and other variables as a threat to international security.
