The concept of security in general has been linked to schools of thought that focused their efforts on interpreting their role and clarifying its meaning in the process of achieving national security, which does not result from the maintenance of security and the avoidance of war.

The concept of security is generally a strategic dimension of national security.

It seeks to preserve the proper thinking, beliefs, values and traditions that preserve the identity, identity and values of the nation by seeking not to adopt destructive ideas.

Identity, citizenship, belonging and allegiance are one of the constants of security.

And to seek to confuse their ideas, which led, among other reasons, to the existence of political alienation.

This old phenomenon has affected all democratic and undemocratic countries, both developed and backward.

As far as we are concerned, our political alienation reflects a relationship The crisis between the citizen and the political system may be attributed, among other reasons, to the collapse of the effectiveness of the political system and the suffering of this system of multiple crises that are unable to solve such as the crisis of integration, the crisis of distribution and the identity crisis, in addition to the crisis of change which leads to creating gaps and developing vicious circles of withdrawal and isolation Loss of meaning and lack of political standards, frustration and helplessness, which increase the citizen away from the political system and also increase the alienation of his country and its values and customs and traditions.

This is because it seeks to develop a model of intellectual value that embodies the state of pride in citizenship and political participation and emphasizes the identity and identity and the need to preserve the individual intellectual deviation that leads to the To extremism, atonement, violence and even terrorism.

Hence the importance of our topic, which we raised through two main axes: First: The theoretical rooting of the concept of intellectual security and political alienation with all its dimensions, elements and reasons.

Second: A proposal for a cognitive model for the Iraqi universities which has been established through the development of a measure of political alienation through several axes: values, beliefs, Ten questions for each axis are presented in a standardized questionnaire.

A random sample of the Mustansiriya University students is selected after obtaining the approvals of course and applying all the statistical requirements for the work.

The proposal to build a model of values in the framework of knowledge of universities is through a number of things starting with curricula and academic and scientific activities and workshops to establish a laboratory for ideas within universities, in addition to the establishment of a department of intellectual security - and Holes Academy - in the security institutions that have to do with it.

It is possible to say that the subject of intellectual security has become very important in all countries because the individual through it provides an automatic investigation of security in other aspects, because the mind is the leader of the supreme leadership aware of the distinctive human and the body entrusted with all categories It also contributes to the stability of society, as it proves the values of citizenship and loyalty to the nation because of the state of intellectual mobilization and the rule of the idea of "brothers in the homeland".

We can also find solutions to the problem of political alienation through what can be called "crises of the political system" Which makes the individual feel not The ability of the political system to solve its problems, or even the inability of the political system to represent the demands of individuals, which leads to the feeling of citizens that the government away from him and not respond to him may not be represented at all, because political alienation reflects a set of dimensions of one thing is determined by the lack of political power and lack of meaning and political exclusivity To political isolation.

This behavioral state of psychological behavior can only be addressed through the establishment of the security and scientific academies by adopting a knowledge model that conducts the process of political formation in order to link the student to the culture of the society and introduce him to how to control the behavior and respect the laws and regulations in the state and protect it from intellectual invasion and cultural impact of destructive ideas, And the moral ideals that push it to be an integral part of the identity and values of his country and push him to interact positively with the political system and the political process as a whole.

This does not guarantee security during the serious endeavor to adopt an integrated intellectual system through which we can achieve intellectual security in our country, similar to the countries of the world, which have made important progress in it.
