Research centers are playing a big and influential role in transferring its sponsored countries professionally from a development stage to another in different levels with great steps due to the distinguished role of these centers in developing of people.

thus, it wrong to think that any state can be developed or make any political، security, economic, social progress without any support from the decision makers for these research centers.

In Iraq، the needs for research centers are increasingly demand، especially under the current military and political crisis, in order to help making the right analysis and precise perceptions and to give the appropriate advice for decision makers to help them in making the political decisions and support the national security.

This paper get its importance from the importance and necessity of the research centers and there assistant role in making the political alternatives.
