the speech of hatred is constitute athreat not only of Iraq existence but also to constitute some of citizens.

especially in case of its existence in social media, because of using this speech in historical and juris prudence inherited and monopolizing collective memory.

may of consequences of this speech are appeared on the political, social and religions level.

this demands some manipulating to such speech from scientific and religious institutions and legalization of rules which in criminates the act and items of this speech.
