Despite the many projects that have been put forward in Iraq over its long history to address the political and social problems it suffers, most of these projects were characterized by shortcomings both in the nature or execution.

This situation continued after the change that Iraq witnessed.

So, sectarian, national, regional and international projects emerged.

Such projects had a negative role reflected on the instability of the community.

The need for a national project based on a state that adopts democratic values and respects the rights and freedoms of citizens, united by a national identity that is an umbrella for all national, religious and ethnic diversity and distanced from quotas and conflict appeared.

Especially after the suffering of Iraq from the existential threat of what is called ISIS and its dangerous future dimensions and the need to overcome the obstacles facing this project within a comprehensive national vision.
