This study aims to highlight the effectiveness of financial policy in the achievement of social justice By the impact of the policy tools on the economic and social variables, particularly the fair distribution of income among members of society, This study has identified the reality of financial policy in Algeria and their effectiveness in achieving social justice compatible with public revenues and expenditures by examining the evolution of government spending and the per capita share of it.

The analytical descriptive approach has been followed since it is appropriate in that.

The study has come up with a set of results, the most important of which are: The increase in government spending in Algeria reflected the state's tendency to improve the social level, Public expenditure had a clear role in redistributing gross output to the strata of society, and The Gini coefficient of income distribution in Algeria has also improved significantly as a result of the distribution of consumer spending.
